Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All sales are considered final.  Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.

Our policy lasts 14 days.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-Refundable Items

All items or services purchased from "Simply An Expression" are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by "Simply An Expression".

This policy applies but is not limited to:

  • Digital Products

  • Gift Cards

  • Software Licenses

  • Subscription Services

  • Custom-made Items

  • Sale Items

 

​Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds .  We are shipping everything on demand direct from our production partners, requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.  

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

  • Defective or Damaged Items:  In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 5 days of receiving the item. To qualify, you must contact us and send a photo of your damaged item and the damage must be visible in the photo.  In such cases, a replacement may be provided at our discretion.

 

  • Wrong Item Sent:  If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify us  within 5 days for a possible refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.  
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping any high value item(s), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
